Pool Maintenance.

Pool Maintenance is charged at 12 euros per hour, although our company can supply all chemicals for the cleaning, the chemicals, (Chlorine/ PH balancer must be purchased by owner).

Pool cleaning varies o­n the amount the pool is used, although we do recommend that when a property is being rented the pool should be cleaned before the arrival of the next tenants.

Garden Maintenance.

Garden Maintenance is charged at 10 euros per hour for general maintenance and upkeep. Any landscaping or major work can be discussed with management for a quote.

Cleaning

All cleaning is undertaken at the highest standard to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable stay and our clients properties are well maintained to ensure maximum rental potential.

Other than a proffesional clean the service includes all bedmaking, setting out of towels  in preparation for guests and window cleaning (when necessary). A complete list of services included within these prices can be provided if requested.

All cleaning is charged at 8.50 euros per hour.

You won´t find a more proffesional cleaning service.
