HOW PROMED WILL MANAGE RENTAL OF YOUR PROPERTY.
Your keys are retained (non-identifiable to the address) in a safe at PROMED when not being used by tenants. We always retain an extra set for access by ourselves or cleaning staff, etc.
We advertise your property both in magazine publications in the UK/Spain (A Place in the Sun-Everything Spain, Private Villas), and the internet, contact interested tenants, provide a booking form (which they MUST complete) and a welcome information pack, so that your tenants get the best from their holiday and, hopefully, return in the future.
We meet your tenants at the property and/or arrange collection of your tenants where necessary.
We provide detailed directions to your property.
We collect and return deposits and balances due.
We arrange for thorough cleaning of the property; laundry of sheets, tea towels, bath mats, etc.; replace gas bottles where appropriate.
We check on and provide (where possible!) additional services for tenants – e.g. baby cots, television, etc.
We check electricity, water and sewage systems before the arrival of clients.
We check windows, doors and all access points before the arrival of clients.
Property checked for damage, damp, general wear-and-tear. We will contact you to ask you if you wish to go ahead with individual repairs unless the repair is an emergency.
At the end of any rental period the property’s windows and doors are made secure, rubbish disposed of, electricity turned off is you so require, fridges and freezers are cleaned and doors left open, water supply turned off where appropriate, etc.
In the event of emergency repairs (burst pipes, dangerous electrical faults, gas leaks, broken appliances, etc.) being needed, we will use money from a deposit (of 300 euros), provided by you and held in an account by us.
Swimming pools, gardens, tennis courts, etc. maintained where necessary.
Replacement of light bulbs, worn out brooms, dust pans and brushes, etc.
